Last year when I went to Digha with my Family I book this Hotel Megha. Its Out looks is very beautiful. That’s why I booked it. But after staying I got some bad experience here. Guests Service is not effective. We entered into the Hotel about 1 pm. After that I ordered 2 lit water. Then send me a very low quality sealed water bottle. There was no FASSI registration number on the bottle. The taste of the water is very bad like. I complained to the hotel manager about it but the told me that was purified water. The foods of the hotel was also not testy as expected but they changed a high amount for those food. I am not satisfied with their Customers service. Otherwise its room quality is good. And the Hotel is almost near the Sea Beach. So I can say its not a customer supported Hotel in Digha. That’s my opinion.
