Food presentation is very poor and the quantity and quality of the food is very poor and low class one. The food is delivered very late and they keep on delaying my order that’s a very big drawback to this hotel. The food is prepared like home made one only nothing much special. Please don’t expect any new on this hotel. The ambience is very favorable and positive . Very good atmosphere and environment to eat the food on lunch time and dinner time. No complaints on the ambience because the atmosphere is very favorable we can enjoy having food with family too. This is the only thing good and plus point of this hotel. customer service is very poor management they have.
