Little touches like cleaning stuff in bathrooms and flip flops left for you were great . Hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy traffic noise was sometimes loud but not hotels fault and we soon got use to it> wooow
The staff were very nice, letting us check in early. A very pleasant stay all around.
Good for visiting the caves. I do not recommend walking around hotel though. They can arrange all the tours for you, I got the best price. The driver was excellent.

clean room, good location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room service is good and the menu is also reasonably priced.
But the bread slices which came with the omlette was without butter. Was disappointed that there is no running hot water during monsoon and winter due to solar water heating. Running hot water available only during summer and sunny days!
They can provide hot water in bucket, but you have to ask for it and it can take 15-20 mins to get a bucket of hot water.
