I went to this hotel yesterday and was very tired and frustrated because of some of the events that occurred during that day.
Room quality: The room’s quality was not very good and it seemed very ordinary and dull. The bed was too small and uncomfortable and there was no towel in the room. The TV was also not working properly.
Guest Services: As soon as I checked in to their hotel, they didn’t respond to my calls and I had to go downstairs to complain about the condition of the room. I asked them to serve me the dinner as soon as possible because I was very tired and wanted to sleep and have rest, but they were very late in serving dinner.
Food and presentation: The food was of very poor quality and it was not tarnished at all. The presentation of the food was also quite dull and it just made me angry.
Ambience: The rooms were not very clean as their bedsheets, pillow covers were very dirty and when I asked them to change it then they just ignored me and went to their place. The washroom was also quite stinking and unhygienic.
Value for money: They provide no services to customers and also don’t even clean the room so I don’t think there is any reason to pay them for anything as they are just fooling ourselves. They are just cheating on their customers.
I would strictly recommend everyone to not to go to this restaurant.
