This is one of the worst service provider hotels in patna. four days ago, I booked two rooms at Rs 800 each in the same day when we reached late evening at the Mithapur bus stand due to some problems in bus. we were disappointed when we entered the room. The one bulb of the room was beginning to fail and then I complained to a hotel staff but he refused to change it immediately and asked the bulb will be repaired the next morning and left. There are no curtain of the room windows and it didn’t lock properly. as it located on the front of the road, the street light was directly passed my room the whole night. The shower of the bathroom didn’t flow water.
Guest service of the hotel is not good as I mentioned above. The hotel didn’t give customer priority but charged a hefty money. The behaviour of the managment staff is ill mannered. They doesn’t fulfill the customer demand on timely.
If the condition of the hotel is not good then you can imagine the quality of food and their presentation. Yes, the taste of the food we have ate was not good and the presentation is very bad as the items didn’t kept in cold storage it seems stale food.
The ambience of the hotel is not good at all, as it hasn’t its own parking space. The size of the rooms and waiting Hall are small. Inside the hotel the atmosphere are always humid because of its some exhausters fans doesn’t work properly.
I think the service provide by the hotel dissatisfied us. I felt, the money I have paid for the services is not worth and I would not suggest to stay here.
