I had stayed in this hotel for a couple of days during a business visit. The location is quite convenient. The rooms were OK, not good or bad.Ok for the price. The maitainence is one thing which has to be improved. The taps were leaking, some lights were not working, the ac was noisy. There is a restaurent in the basement.But the menu is limited and all dishes taste the same ie you cant differentiate between a chcken masala and a butter chicken.
Location wise it is quite good, near the arterial mount road, near Pondy bazaar a shoppers paradise, with all the Nalli’s & Kumarans etc. The railway station isnt very far and the airport about 30 mins by taxi.
You can get autos which are quite convenient for travelling in the busy Chennai traffic, though handling the drivers could be quite problematic with their cavalier attitude.
