Heyy guys,
I am here to share my experience with Hotel prince , the worst hotel in keonjhar.I went there about 1 month ago along with my family.We went to visit the Tarini temple.So in order to visit other temples we decided to stay in keonjhar for one night ! Who could know that this would prove nightmare to us.We went on booking Hotel prince as it was affordable and we were tired enough to find onother one.
But everything went wrong ????
1.Room quality - They promised us for ac rooms .But ac didnt worked well .When we went for complaining , they only procastinated their jobs .We waited for long , but no response came from their side.I was so burning hot month of may, we suffered a lot
2.Guest services - They dont provide any guest service .All we have to do on our own.
They wont respond to our calls, and rude enough with guests
3.FOOD AND PRESENTATION-the hotel food could not be eaten, it was made up of such cheap quality products .
We bought food from outside
4.AMBIENCE - the ambience is not good enough , hotel is not spacy! Foul smell always comes from corners .
Dustbins are not properly managed
The floors were not clean !
Rooms were so small and not comfortable enough !
Bathrooms were so dirty and unhygenic
5.Totally wasted our money on Ac double rooms.We are never approaching here , no matter what !
