Not sure if this has been mentioned, but 400 hotels in the UK are trying to take TripAdvisor to court over bad reviews And from what I heard on the radio yesterday they are all staying annoymous.how nice of them.
I know it cant be easy to run a hotel, but cleanliness costs very little and friendliness is free, and as far as im concered they are the two bigest factors in a hotel. I dont care if the furniture is 30 years old, or the bathroom is a nice shade of avacado, just as long as its spotless and noone is rude to me! Take note hotilers
