I want to share my bad experience with Hotel Rajendra, Chinchani, Palghal where I visited 3 months back.
I booked an ac room there first they happily booked my order but after few minutes they made an excuse that the actor room is not available in the hotel. They told me this after taking all the payments and receipts.
It made me so angry and then I met to the manager of the hotel who further solved my problem.
Since I had been there in a severe summer I badly needed AC room. So I switched to another hotel.
Overall staff’s attitude was bad and value for money of the hotel was very high ranged and service was poor.
