This is one of the best south indian restaurants in town. Just a humble restaurant that serves stupendous south Indian food.
I had heard like crazy about this place and finally visited this place with 2 friends of mine. Do not visit this place on a Sunday morning or afternoon or evening. There’s a big queue just to step in forget ordering food.
The ambiance of this place is bare minimum with no décor. The service is quick which is surprising considering the rush that they cater to. The staff is very warm and welcoming for a stranger as well. They suggest you with some genuine advice to order some of the food which is their specialty and unlike the big restaurants these dishes are not exorbitantly priced.
The only negative was that since it is too crowded one stranger was seated along with us on our table. I did not appreciate this but my friend told me that this is a norm out here. SO moving on to the food. The mysore masala dosa was lip smacking and so was the masala rava dosa. The vada rasam and the coconut chutney were superb as well. But the star of the day was the kesar sheera and pineapple sheera. These sheeras are rich in ghee and pure devils delight. I loved it. So do go to this place for its basic but awesome food and SHEERAS.
