I just visited the rishikesh hotel in vasai just besided the bus depot. As you enter it seems less like a vegetarian hotek and more like a desi downgraded bar and to top it of the seats here are cushionless and there is no air conditioning. The waiters here are utmost ill mannered and most unhygenic. The food takes about 40 minutes to be served and is of average quality. As I have never had the opportunity to enter the kitchen I cannot comment on their hygine in food processing but the food does not taste that bad. The only modernization has took place in their billing process which as each and every tax credited an they accept card. Over all only an option for the In a hurry kind of people. Not suited for a nice dinner
