Don’t even bother thinking of booking this hotel.One of the most HORRIBLE and RUDE staff I have seen in my entire life. Forget about the welcome drink (which by the by way is not existent).
You don’t even get a welcome. I had booked 2 rooms (through goibibo) and was travelling with 2 elderly people (aged 80 and 75 yrs).Was made to wait 4 hours beyond the check-in time and repeatedly told the room I was allocated was not yet empty. They did not have the courtesy to even offer a glass of water while waiting.
When I asked to speak to the manager - a lady called Poonam (who according to staff was very busy), the hotel staff refused to put me through to her.
I got her number from goibibo and called her atleast 50 times in the 4 hrs I was waiting but she did not bother to pick up the call.
I could hear her speak to hotel staff on their private line in the meantime when waiting the lobby, but she did not pickup my call or speak to us.
Finally I walked out of the hotel for-going the entire amount paid in advance and booked another hotel. The hotel staff had a very gleefull expression when I decided to leave foregoing the amount paid.
