Don’t book hotel shefaf rainawari srinagar after taking full advance they will keep you waiting long time we came yesterday after booking they keep us in lobby more then four hours their is miss management we suggest dont book the hotel the service is so poor they never mind for the gust after calling off and on we got the tea by morning 8 am and we left the hotel this is very bad experence
This is a 1* hotel. They cheat guests they advertise that they have new hotal propertie their are many more reviews so that new tourists think that what is written here on internet is not true. They don’t even have a restaurant, a decent one at least.
They have only a canteen. when they deserve hardly a 1 star for such a miserable hotel, food and service. If you go there you will have only a miserable holiday! I will never go in shefaf for holiday
