Stayed here when I traveled to jhansi for a business visit.I had some work with the railways .The hotel service is pathetic .
Firstly I have to say the staff is very rude .I ordered for plain rice and they bought me fried rice instead and after complaining for late delivery and wrong items .rather then apologizing, they started to blame me for not being clean in placing my order .That was really bad .Took 1200 rupees for the stay at this room .I dont know where the hotel is, because there is lot of noise and lots of shops below the hotel, which do not feel good .My clothes were ruined by the dirty oil all over there .There are many shops .This hotel does not have any open space .It is situation on the main road so we can get direct autos to the railway station thats why I stayed in this hotel .
But I will never go to this hotel again .Very rude staff .They dont take care of there customers.
I dont want to even rate them one star .They should be given negative stars for such a service .Very disappointing experience.
