I wanted to meet with the Manager of the hotel but the front desk people didnt give the contact no.
It was extremely horrible experience staying in the hotel.
I had a prebook of the hotel and paid the full amount, while checkout I had been charged 1350 Rs. extra. It was told that I had been given better room. How come a customer will know which is better and which is not unless the price is told beforehand? Then the customer will decide whether he will stay or not.
The behaviour of the front desk people was too harsh and the service is actually No service. No water Was given in the room even.
Hope Hotel sonali Management will understand that cheating to the customer will not be long term business.
