Been to this hotel with friends due to an exam in Karol Bagh area. The rooms are good but their old building has a very poor way to reach there. The good thing is its proximity to market and metro station. Their menu is mostly limited for South Indian people.
The buffet breakfast served is also The hotel could become good but I think they don’t try hard enough. The staff is not motivated enough to give their best. The front desk manager is a bit rude. The rates are also high as compared to the service quality.
So, it’s an average hotel!
