Here I am going to talk about the HOtel SP klassic in Patiala,
Actually I went Patiala for my entrance exam in Punjabi univesity Patiala, my exam was in the evening and I became free at 6 pm ., this was about last winters and I thought I should stay here in patiala and I went to this hotel to stay for night.
As per my experience, I find that their guest services are not bad they treat the customer very well.
But when we talk about the room quality I find it not good enough because the infrastructure of the room is so narrow and the clean ness was ok but the washroom`s water to take bath was not hot in winters also, it was cold water even I complaint about it then they provided me hot water.
I took food services also and food was tasty and good presented but the food services was so late because I ordered at 9 pm but they came at 10 pm which I found not good.
ambience of the hotel was perfect and this is normal hotel
they should improve their services speed and the quality of rooms also such as water problem and infrastructure
