I stayed one day in Hotel Surgery, Pondicherry . Average hotel for staying but not good for having food. I ordered north Indian food but the charges are same like 3 star hotels . And the quality and taste of vegetable was not so good and quantity was not enough for even one person. Hotel staffs behave like uneducated person. Very rude .
I asked for replacement with daal, I was told daal is over but timing is just 8: 30 pm . I came to the payment counter and I still had to pay for that useless vegetable . So hotel is average for staying but don’t go for having food. Worst hotel ever .other hotels are better than it.

Guest service- zero means not good
Food - not good
Value for money - total waste
