Hotel Swaroop Sagar is located on the bank of swaroop sagar lake. I would say hotel is okay types.
I stayed their for one day. The reception area is very good, well designed, gives feel of royal palace, but the room was very congested.
We had breakfast, the taste was okay . I did not find anything special about the hotel . If your are looking for accommodation for very short period and reasonable you can opt for it.
Otherwise I will not recommend it.
