I have been to Jabalpur to Kanha to Jabalpur to Pachmari.One night stay at Pachmari on 27th Oct 2014 Night.
After reviewing around 15 hotels, we opted for this as we found the look and location as good.We asked for room and we were shown a room size of 10 by 10 feet hardly.
Rate quoted was 1200/- ( Original price was hardly I guess 300/) which we found as too high but opted as we were tired a long journey.
After check in , we found that TV is not working. They got it replaced but said No cable is available.We kept silent as we were there in Pachmari to visit tour points and Not to watch TV.It wasn’t a priority , so accepted.
We reached at 2 pm and had checked in at 3 pm and we asked them to switch on the geyser as my son was with me but after waiting for 15 mins, no update , So, we bathed him with cold water.
Then , we returned at 8 pm after visiting lake and idiot manager doesn’t know how to use Wifi.Says I don’t know how to use wifi. I just know we have a wifi. Crazy guy.
Our driver asked for a extra blanket and said we do not provide blanket to drivers. I understood and asked driver to sleep in the car with glass closed.
Late night at around 1 am , while sleeping , all of a sudden curtain rod broke and fell on my son head and he got hurt.There was no one available for any medical check.
Surprisingly, when I went downstairs , I found two girls in short skirts and smoking.
I was surprised and amazed but understood that its No way a good hotel for a family.
We got up at 6 am as we were supposed to leave at 7 am as same day we had a plan to move from Pachmari. Again, same story happened. I mean asked them to switch on geyser but they didn’t. With No option, we moved out without taking bath.
We came back at 12 pm and got fresh and moved/checked out and was there at reception at 12:30 and they said since you have not checked out at 12 pm, we were charged 1.5 days instead of One day and then an argument started but I asked my wife to make the payment and move as my son was there and we were getting late.
Overall, I will say Please STAY away from this hotel.As a proof , I have a bill of this hotel , if anyone has any confusion.Made my trip horrible.Thanks to Hotel Utkarsh.
