I stayed in this hotel Victory, shimla last week on 9th Oct 2008 for two days and I booked this hotel from Yatra.com. I booked Delux room and I paid Rs 1250 per night for this room. The room was so pathetic that I cannot tell. You can find this kind of room in shimla for Rs. 500, but because I booked through Yatra.com and they displayed wrong picture for this room. The double bed was so small and the mattress was made of Jute so you can imagine.When I complaint to the hotel manager regarding this then his attitude was so neglecting like if you want to stay then stay otherwise go to hell.
I will suggest to all those people the do not go to this hotel and do not book any hotel through any travel site like Yatra or Travel Guru, better go directly to Shimla and Taxi driver will help you to find the hotel, so that you can see the hotel before you pay.
