Recently I visit to a hotel named Vijan palace in Jabalpur I get to know about this hotel from internet website
I confirmed my booking by a phone call and I booked 2 rooms for me and my friends I told then I will be arriving at the hotel at 1 o clock in night and they give me a confirmation of booking
When I reached the hotel with my friends. I put a call to the hotel again but they didn’t picked it up then I reached the reception and the guy on reception said that he didn’t knew about my booking . I was shocked as I have got confirmation from them so I showed that message to the reception guy but he said the booking is done by other guy and he is not here right now and I will take ur booking right now . I was happy to hear this as some how I was getting my booking done but he said that he got only one room.
After a long discussion I have to take only one as I was not having any option as all the hotels in night were booked. So all of my friends stayed in one single room
When I enter the room I saw the room is so small and the design of room was not that great too
I asked him to arrange some food but he denied me saying the staff is slept.
Could u believe this I mean why would someone go to hotel when there is no service at all. I have informed then everything before and they gave me. Confirmation too but nothing they did. Even the room was cleaned in front of me .
And if the room was not available they could have informed me before the confirmation there is nothing so call commitment type of thing in this particular hotel
The next when I got another hotel booked I asked about the bill and they charge me 4000 for one single normal room and said u have to pay extra money for extra bed too .
Why would I pay two room charge when I only got one room ? I argue to them so they said sir this is our policy that we charge extra money for extra bed in one room
This is a perfect hotel to ruin ur whole vacation and spend more of ur time In reception!
This is the worst service I have seen in any hotel
Even this is not a value for money hotel as there charges is too high and there service is really very bad
The luch of this hotel was ok type not so good no so bad
So my experience with this hotel was really so bad so I don’t think I will visit here next time. So I think this will help u to choose a right hotel.
