The booking of this hotel was done on phone and when I went there I was shocked to see that the booking was not confirmed. anyhow I was given a room which was the last room available in the hotel.
there was no bell boy to carry the luggage and to show the way to the room, it took me around 25 minutes.
The room was named as Club Room - but the room quality said it was worth the standard room. The flush was not working, the ac was defective, fridge/Mini Bar not working, luggage rack broken, bed sheets dirty. I was informed that the room would be changed in the afternoon, but theyu failed to do so.
The food they served was good and I enjoyed the food very much - that was the only reason of staying at this hotel for 3 days.
the food is a complete value for money but as far as the rooms are concerned I think there are better hotels in the town.
