With very nice promotions and constant tracking of people who even once’s have registered with them, this was the way how I was trapped and was trapped in their bad, fake commitments.
Firstly they actually shows very few relevant search possibly whose who pay them they promote. I was searching for hotel on their site and I came up with a hotel in Ludhiana, which in their site was mentioned 4-star, very well located and with pictures also.
I did confirmed it online itself but when visited the place I was shocked. With poor location and dirty environment, even the rooms were so dirty and the workers working in hotel were rude. I tried to contact Hotels.com but no one was able to assist me and very rudely they were on single point that this is what they had and you choose. As a result I was so worried at night not only because of this dirty environment but also regarding my security. All I can say never ever try them, I will not surely. They are all show and promises nothing real.
