Dear Sirs:
I had called on 12th Dec for a long concall for about 30 mins. I have not stayed at the hotel for 2 nights so I need the refund. Till date no acknowledgement or call back on the same.
I must say the experience was also bad as the hotel staff were completely clueless on how the booking is to be settled etc and many other nightmares.
