I had been affiliated with this partner site travel now since years which provides some property from hotels.com. I have various hotel site affiliated with travelnow & hotels.com. I use to get number of booking from travel now and hotels.com through my website..
I got my commission from Travel now regularly but since years hotels.com did not give any commission to me. I have sent number of emails, phone calls, and everything, but they are not ready to even reply my emails. I have reservation details with me made by my site..
I have approx $3k pending as a affiliate commission on hotels.com but they are simply dont repling or giving my commission.. I would suggest not to become affiliate of hotels.com.. you will loose all of your efforts made in getting booking from the site.. I am not sure whether hotels.com will read this and sort out this issue.......... very bad experience... I had checked those booking and they are consumed...
