Hotels.com which is online line traveagent ! is the worst of its kind... I had recently gone to Maldives and used to book my resort through them and only after I booked I realized that if I have done the booking directly in the rest’s website I would have been saved of around 15K. I wrote to them even called their customer service but they did not bother to return the call or provide a any feedback
THERE ARE LOTS OF HIDDEN COST WHICH THEY DO NOT MENTION
my advice...use it to vies all the hotels then directly book it online.
