This is a great job site, I just review monster.com and decide to write something about hotjobs as well. Even though I didnt get a great job from them, I did got some interview from it. The only problem I have with them is that when the job posted on there, unless the company post their contact in their job summary, you can not contact them without going through their system. Which means you have to store your resume with them, and they dont allow you to submit more than one resume per job. Im used to submitting jobs using my own email account, so that was a little problem for me. Still a great website, the only concern I have is that as hotjobs grow more popular, there is so much competition on all different job field. They have some major companies and also new and upcoming companies. Great website to check out. But if you want good jobs, search for the field that you are interested at and check out the companies website for job opening. Be sure not to submit resume to web master, especially if you want to get in on their web design. Most likely web master will not submit your resume for you to take his/her place in the company. Best to send email to their human resource department.
