Hot mail is one of the first mailing sites and has lot of users. It has to be said that, it has been improving for last few days, but in general, it has been pathetic.I wouldnt recommend any body to open his a/c in Hotmail. But I wouldnt recommend any avid mail user to change his a/c either, because, it is very expensive, in terms of time and energy. Best recommended is not to give your hotmail ID to new contacts.
