I bought a NOKIA phone last year, and gave extra money for Service Warranty for 2 yrs. 2 Months back my phone broke down and I gave it to them for repair. It has been 2 months that they have been giving me a date of the next subsequent week, without giving it back finally. Also each time I call the agents, they never forward the call to any one senior and give you a mobile number which no one attends to. The agents dont know anything and dont give you any other information. VERY POOR SERVICE.
WORST is it belongs to SPICE TELECOM(MODI GROUP). It seems the whole SpICE telecom works in the same manner. I have been writing mails throughout the system, but no one is ready to help. The warranty card says that they take 1 -3 weeks maximum for repairing the phone, unless theres a part not available, and ironically theres no part to be replaced in my handset.
