I am using hotstar site from two years and Hotstar app From 13 months .
and let me tell you Hotstar site is better than Hotstar app Based on my Experience . Your experience can be Different.
Concept.
Concept is very Good . it means you can view Movies, Tv Serials, Matches Online .
But the Problem is This site is very slow . it takes a lot off time to load a movie or tv serial episode .
First I thought it might be happened because of slow internet then I started to use this site on Wi Fi . but still the same result.
and same goes with mobile app also . sometimes when you open this app screen turns black . Then you have to close app and again open.
I submitted hotstar app Feedback also.
