This is the worst connection I have ever tried.
I got this connection in my office and most of the office hours it is not working and these days it is raining so the cable operator says that it will not work during rainy season.
He says that his instruments will get damaged so he will not start the connection.
I have tried Sify and airtel at my home and beleive me best one is Airtel DSL.
These cable service providers just fool the customer.They charge you high on installation and use the worst hubs and wires.The worst part is the customer care , they just don’t care.
Also the local cable service provider never picks up the phone when there is a problem.
I have this connection in my office just because there is no other better option available.
Please trust me and never use this service provider ever.
