Housefull2..A house(or was it a mansion?) full of comedy and confusion..!
Story of rishi(chintu) and randhir(dabbu) kapoor..the real and the ’najaiz’;) kapoors...one born out of love n t other out of duty..brothers and their families which are at loggerheads.Brothers who are hell-bent to get the richest husband for their daughters(cousins who are also enemies...family tradition u c!)
Both brothers hire "akhri pasta" ..urf chunky pande(yes my frns...he is still alive!!) for the task of finding their ’damad’..JD’s son being the one they set their eye upon..Real son of JD in love with J-Lo..so ritesh(JD’S son Jolly) and his frn shreyas(who wants to take revenge of his father from Rishi kapoor...chintoo jee) seek help of their frn-turned-foes-turned frns again John and Akshay to deceive the two kapoors as JD’s son..
All of them land into JD’S mansion(JD-bhadrakaaali ka fan Mithun da) .Boman Irani adds more confusion to the already confusing plot by entering into the JD’s mansion alongwith his daughter(Shazan ) and proclaiming to be the only real "samdhi" of Mithun..
Confusion and even more confusion...with Johnyy lever trying his best to make the audience’s stomach ache with his slapstick comedy!!:P..Guest appearance by ranjeet "The-rapist" is apt and funny!
In the end, every hero gets his sweetheart and there is happiness all around..a perfect comedy story and a perfect ending(what else can you expect from a typical masala Hindi movie!)
The Casting directory did good job in casting the actors as per their role...Music is average..except for "anarkali disco chali" all the other songs are below average(Housefull 1 had much better and melodious soundtrack)..
Actors performed well.Ritesh deshmukh in the scene in which he gives a pictorial flow-chart of Jolly confusion and the scene in which he enacts the story of how his father turned from Dacoit to a billionaire looked cute and adorable..Masti, dhamaal and now housefull1 and housefull2..ritesh looks quiet convincing in scared and docile boy-man kind of roles!!
This movie definitely belongs to Akshay kumar..jokes, shameless and cheap actions and his peculiar ways..!!!Gosh!!noone couldv looked as cheap as he did..
John-one advice-get over ur Dostana act...the movie released in 2008 and its 2012!!dude ur not a GAY..if ur...accept it on public forum!but pls!!!stop acting like a gay all the time!it doesnt suit u!
Pre-interval script lags a bit, but it makes up for the missed out comedy in the second half(which is quiet hilarious)
Heroines were nothing but eye-candy ..they dressed well...looked good..that was the job assigned to them and their efforts to act as bimbos paid off!
This madcap and bag full of comedy deserves 3 stars as per my review and judgement..
P.S-Dirtiest dozen plus 1??...dirty dozen+dirtiest sajid khan;)
