Wanted to buy a TV unit. I was checking online as well as local shops but was not getting as per my choice and budget. Then saw craig TV unit online in housefull. I went to towlichowki housefull to check a physical sample. The sales people showed around and still we liked the same unit which we liked online. now comes the surprising part.the delivery tat is 10 days against FULL PAYMENT. But as I liked the TV unit so much I booked against full payment.they gave delivery date as 4th June (9 days) .
I came back home and searched online for review of housefull services.To my utter surprise almost all reviews were negative. all were complaining bout late delivery, damaged product received etc. I was really scared.
I called housefull on 2nd and they told they will call me back. and they actually called within 2 hours to tell that it will be delivered next day. I got a message from housefull next day that it will be delivered today. by 5.30 they called and told that they are ready to deliver. as read in reviews my biggest fear was they will deliver today and will send somebody to assemble again some other day. but to my surprise they came with all necessary tolls and they assembled it then and there.
I am happy as I got the product 1 day in advance and also it was fixed without any delay. Only issue was a small part of lamination was detached (out of pack) but that is ok. This tolichowki store gave me good service. :-
