I have purchased a shoe rack and a dressing table. As promised, I received delivery of the furniture on 03-Jul-2012, however it was also promised to us that they will assemble the furniture on the same day. But nobody came to me in last 4 days.
While booking the sales person was using statements like " What I say we will deliver", " We only make good commitments and we deliver that". But time is proving these statements as a sales techeniques used on us.
It is being past 4 days I am dialling their nos given on the bills. Most of the nos. are not reachable or not getting picked. The Dahisar store from which I bought the furniture whose no is 9702036994 once picked my call and promised me that they will call me back . Their no is now not answered and I am still waiting for call back.
The Housefull is selling furniture at cheap rates but that’s at the cost of quality and service. But you will be nowhere if their call centres are not attending your calls , the store from where you have bought the product is reluctant to help you and you have to pay the money in advance for booking the furniture.
