I got delivery of the asset (shoe rack)on April 26th( much late from the committed date of 21st April 2014). I have apprehension on the quality of the product as the handle to open the door has already come out. It looks fixed like some glue. Not rigid at all.
The width of the shoe rack has to have minimum space to accommodate my shoes in vertical position which is not possible in the delivered shoe rack. Now I have to put horizontal. In such case - I can put max 6 pair of shoes only in this rack.
Following it up with the customer service for last 2 weeks.
