Customer care unwilling to cancel order

I used online ordering on Houseful website and paid around 18k Rs for a cot and mattress. Immediately after ordering I read through Mouthshut.com reviews and decided to cancel the order. Since the Housefull website didn’t have a way to cancel orders online (an e-commerce website without cancel option is ridiculous! ) I called up their customer care via phone exactly after 15 mins of placing an order.


When I mentioned that I wanted to cancel orders due to bad reviews , they refused to take my cancellation request. After blasting at them on phone, they said that they will contact their manager and then get back to me.


Pathetic customer care person who needs to talk to someone else to even note down a cancellation request.
