I bought a cabinet from the 6 weeks ago and received a damaged panel within the box which was discovered by the assembly carpenter who opened the box.
I have been chasing them for past 6 weeks for replacement but there is no sense of responsibility they show. I have to do all the follow up calls and emails. They dont update about anything except for the order confirmation email.
They are not allowing me to return the item either as they say we will only replace the part. which they dont seem to be inclined to do at all.
Of course it is made of MDF and some paper stuck on top of it instead of laminate. But I was fine with it as I dont need to use it longer than 1-2 years.
But given their service, which is apalling, I would recommend you to spend more money and buy locally(make sure the local furniture shop is not selling you housefull furniture).
