I have made full payment for the product in last week of July 2012. The product was scheduled to be delivered in September 2012. However, due to space constraints I do not want the same to get delivered and want refund of the amount paid. For the same I am under continuous follow up with Mr. Pawan Patel, Surendra, Tejas (all from Worli showroom) but no proper response received. The staff do not pick up the call and is not willing to assist in this regards. Event if someone answers the call the call is disconnected while in mid of communication and then they dont receive the call at all. I even sent mail with the details to cc@housefull.co.in but no revert. calling up the customer care was repeated and Pravin was sure that refund cannot be made.
They claim that their furniture are imported from Malaysia so they are the third party providers. They even do not have a proper proof confirming that the product is from Malaysia.There is nowhere mentioned in the receipt that there is no policy for refund then how can the say that. Full payment is done a month back even the product is not delivered, but still they say the refund cannot be processed. I am not even asking them to pay me the interest of the money and also ready to pay processing charges (if any). I have never came across such a pathetic company with fraudsters all across.
Its very clear to see that they do not care for their customers hence we all can easily see that there is no response to any of the reviews from any of the concerned Housefull.co.in employee.
