We had bought furniture’s(Cot+ Sofa set+ Showcase) worth Rs 31000/-. Little did we know at the time of purchase that their quality of products and service would be so horrible. After placing the order on May 27th, we got it delivered on June 15th. The assembling and installation took another 4 days, that too after making numerous calls to their store and customer service.
During installation, we found that the goods delivered were half damaged.Upon calling the store they promised a replacement within 7 days. It has been 20 days and still no signs of replacement . The stores as well as their customer service cell in Mumbai claims no responsibility.
In spite of contacting their Customer Relationship Manager Sunita Sigh, nothing has happened till date. Please DO NOT buy anything at this store as it is the worst ever in terms of Product Quality as well as Customer Service.
