My Name is Amit Biswas, I had purchased 2 nos. of wrought iron beds fro houseful international whose order no. is 56331c6d0ddbb-91324 on 30/10/2015 with Rs. 16320. Till 27/11/2015 your customer care staffs keep on saying to me that within 72 hours the product will be delivered to me, each time I called you. In between your customer care executives had provided me with 2 false tracking numbers.
On 27/11/2015 your customer care staffs told me that you are no being able to deliver the item due to high transit charge from Mumbai to Korba(C.G) so they have initiated a refund against the cancellation of my order and the amount will be credited in my account withing 7 days. After 7 days when I did not received my money in my account I had contacted to your customer care staff on 05/12/2015 and they said within 72 hours I will receive my transaction detail by mail thereafter I will receive my money by 48 hours.
So as usual I had waited till 8/12/2015 and contacted again to your customer service when I did not received any transaction details of my refunded money. They again told me that within 72 hours surely they are going to send me the transaction detail and so so.
So again I had waited till 12/12/2015 and contacted them and they are saying me the same thing again to wail till Monday(14/12/2015) for the transaction detail and thereafter 48 hours by your customer care staff Mr. Sagar and some lady.
Is there anyone in this company to look after what your customers are suffering? Or is this a false organization.
May I know when I am going to get my refund back? As I am a very lower middle class family who can not afford to loose his money.
Is anyone in houseful international this big brand company listens to the cry of people like us.
I have been searching for low cost beds for my family and this is what happens to a lower middle class man in this digital world.
Please do some favor to me by refunding my money back as I am not a reach man like you.
