Housefull has to be one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE company I have EVER dealt with. These guys do not know how to keep your commitments AT ALL!! Infact, it seems they are hell bent on losing customers. I ordered for my furniture on April 7th, with clear instructions to deliver it only on April 29th as I was traveling out of India. Once I came back, of course no one called me on the 29th. Multiple calls to the call center finally helped me get through to someone to arrange delivery, around May 1st or 2nd.
I was told delivery can ONLY BE DONE between 2-4 PM, which is weird thinking that they will be doing the deliveries across Bangalore within a 2 hr window! Well, the delivery never happened, the driver’s phone was continuously engaged and he did not bother to call back. I wasted a full day.
Again, this week I was told it will happen on Monday, I waited, and left for work at around 5, only to be called at 6 PM that delivery will now be done. What do these guys think a customer is? free to keep on waiting for them and we have nothing else to do but twiddle our thumbs and waiting to housefull to finally find time to do what they promised to do?
Finally, on Friday10/5, with help from a manager Jagannath, I could get my delivery done. A carpenter had called from Housefull and we agreed that he will come in at 11.00-11.30 AM in the morning on Saturday to install the goods. All ok, finally. But not so, too good to be true for a "sure to go bankrupt at this rate" company like this.
Come Saturday morning, 11.30, no carpenter...I call the number up, am told its another guy on that number now, someone else will call me in 10 minutes...1 hour passes away, no one calls, I call the carpenter’s number again and he coolly tells me someone will come by 2 PM...what the hell!!!!???
After having wasted several days trying to get the delivery, I wasted my Saturday for a carpenter, who, came in only at 4 PM, much after the cut off time for work to be done in my apartment complex. He says he will only take 15 minutes so I fight and get an exception from the society. Once he comes up, to my horror, he says Oh! There are 3 things to be assembled? I was only told about one…this will take an hour or more!!
Exasperated, I call his manager and fix a time for 9 AM in the morning on Monday…Monday has come, no response from anyone at this S#@$ place Housefull!
Pathetic, ridiculous, shameful service by Housefull. I promise to tell everyone I know that they SHOULD NOT BUY FROM HOUSEFULL.. Trust me
