Horrible experience with houseful furniture. The most UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE company I have EVER dealing with. I ordered for my furniture (wooden cot, wardrobe, side table, center table) on 23rd June 2013, with clear instructions to deliver it only on 29rd June 2013 as I had to shift with my family at new ordered location. On the Day of delivery, of course no one called me. Multiple calls to the call their customer (Un)care I was only getting the response saying that they will call me.
They were not ready to pick the phone even. I called more than 25 times, each time they used to put me hold for infinite time. The whole day from 12 noon I was waiting alone at a new location till 9:30 PM night as they were telling that your product has been dispatched and is about to reach. Even though they did not deliver those items. Finally I returned back to my place at night 10:00 PM. Two times I got message saying “goods has been dispatched and you will receive the same today” (9950/2013/1940). At least those pathetic customer (un)care executives had to inform me when I was calling them continuously that they can’t manage to deliver this today so that I could go for other work.
I don’t know what to do now.
Shall I cancel my order?
