Pathetic Service - Poor Attitude - Fraudulent Practices
I placed an order for Housefull online via credit card, Order Number: 44346. The total amount was a little above 18k. The order was to be delivered to me within 7 working days. When on the 5th working day I realised I had not heard from them "I" called them to track the order. Why? Only because I wanted it on time for my housewarming. They said they had no clue & will check & call me back. On the 7th working day, one Mr. Rahul calls me & tells me the order cannot be delivered as they do not have it in stock, he can only deliver the bed from the set to me. My question, when will the wardrobe come (which is the 2nd unit of the 2 piece set), he said he needed a "few" days to tell me that. I told him thats no good as I need it in time for the housewarming. He said he could not commit. I told him I about changing the order to the more expensive 3 piece set. He confirmed availability. I told him I will pay the difference of 2k on delivery (as they do have a cash & cheque on delivery option), he said I will have to pay upfront. I told him I am uncomfortable with paying them any more money as they have failed to live up to their commitment. I told him in that case cancel the order as you are unable to fulfill my order. "HE TOLD ME I CANT DO THAT"!
Now I am being held at ransom as they are not willing to own up for a failure at their end.
I NEED MY MONEY BACK! YOU CANNOT FORCE ME TO GET SOMETHING FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE FAILED! Warning to all my friends. Please pass on the message. Stay away from them. I am going to take this to the consumer court anyway.
