I have also ordered the Sofa online on 1-dec12 after speaking with the sales executive. she was very nice spoken and requested to make payment stating that sofa will be deliver on 10th dec-12. I dont know what inspire me to order without seeing any review of this house of fools, but I ordered the same by paying thro credit card. the Home delivery challan was sent to me stating the delivery date of 12 dec 12.
I kept quiet hoping that they will deliver on 12th dec. but I received the call from housefull on 11th night that they are unable to deliver on 12th and now will deliver on 17th dec. I put a mail that if you are not able to deliver on 17th please consider to return my amount. On 17th ie today I rang them asked regarding delivery. I got the reply that your delivery date is on 20th dec12. I told her to return my amount as they are not able to keep there word and I will not be available on 20th to take the delivery. In short I strongly suggest to those who are planning to purchase from this house fools to avoid the mental stress that they may go through. any way I feel that I am cheated by this business house and learnt a lesson of purchasing without reading a reviews.
