I bought a book case from houseful and it was delivered properly. So, I thought they are professional people. I was soo wrong. I usually check for reviews before buying anything. But in this case since my previous purchase went well, I totally forgot to check for online reviews. Now I came to Mouth shut for posting my review on my horrible experience and was surprised there were so many bad reviews for Houseful.
Anyway we purchased a bed and mattress. The bed has been delivered but it has been 2 weeks now and the mattress is not yet delivered. We have made almost 20 calls to the shop. They just say " we will check and call you back in half an hour" but no body calls back even for two days.
We are yelling everyday to those guys but they are not giving proper reply. They should have called and intimated us if the delivery will be late. Instead they just dont even reply properly when we call. Sometimes, they even say that the product has been delivered when actually it is not yet delivered. Their delivery number, customer contact number, grievance redressal number are ALL the SAME. So you have to give complaint to the same person who is making the problem. How amazing is that?
Even when we tried to make a complaint, they said you cannot make complaint for delivery issues, only for damaged product.
So, it is up-to you if you want to go through these things then shop at House full.
