I ordered three computer trolleys on 23rd Sept, 2012. They sent me confirmation cum delivery details mentioning that the product will be delivered on 29th Sept.2012. After three days somebody from their Mumbai office called me and informed that it is not possible to deliver the material on said date and now it will be delivered in November, 2012.I immediately called my credit card bank HDFC to cancel the payment to Housefull but they refused to do so and advised me to download a form from their site and submit it to nearby branch.
I have submitted the form to the bank and also informed the Housefull Furniture to refund my money immediately. I have lodged a complain with consumer court against both the Supplier and the bank about cheating me.
Please do not buy any product from the said supplier.
