After Delivery the carpenter has not reached for installation. Called their grievance cell and the Lady JHONSEY did not connect me to the manager.
It seems the management team does not like to talk to customers. I told them I am being compelled to think of going to consumer court, but that also did not bother her. shocking to hear the kind of non committal answers after the entire payment is done. Do not ever get into any purchases/dealing with housefull terrible experience.
