My brother purchased a bedroom cot online and the first thing which irritated was the late delivery. Secondly the assembling part where the bed cannot be fit because the hydraulic spring is missing in the product delivered. Now that when we enquired with the call center folks, they said they informed the local branch of Houseful to look into this and they will fix it. Unfortunately they have been telling daily from last one week and no one has turned up.
This has caused us a lot of difficulty and pain for customers like me and others. Like one of my friends below said, we all depressed customers need to move to court in order to teach these companies a lesson of customer satisfaction.
And yes one more thing to the head of Houseful - I hope you see these reviews and at least now realize and make necessary changes which will ultimately make the customers happy.......thanks.
