We have purchased a Dressing Table from Houseful furniture some 6-7 months back at Hyderabad. Immediately after just 2 months, the dressing tables door latch got broken by itself and we had a tough time getting it fixed. it almost took 15-20 days and rigorous follow-up calls/emails to get that fixed.
Now recently the most important part of a dressing table ’MIRROR’ got detached from its wooden portion and broke into pieces all by itself. We were out of station at that time and by the time we returned home we could see the mirror in pieces and lying on floor. To our surprise we could see the mirror was fixed to the wooden board just by 3 double sided gum tapes.This is the kind of quality their products have. When we contacted customer service, their simple answer was they don’t provide warranty for mirror.
Even with out any human mistake here and just because of the poor quality fixtures they are practising, we are at a loss and there is no one to answer. I sincerely suggest those who are planning to visit/buy any product from houseful to think twice on their idea if they want to avoid all this agony in future.
